Ricability is an independent consumer research charity providing free, practical and unbiased reports for older and disabled people. Ecru built their accessible content managed website.
The sheer volume of independent, professional and thorough information published by Ricability meant that a clearly understandable navigational structure for their website was absolutely vital. Through our information architecture exercise we were able to formulate a sustainable structure for new and existing reports.
We built the website using the Ecru content management system (CMS) to enable constant updates that keep the site fresh and engaging. This includes conformance to accessibility standards that means people with a wide range of abilities and disabilities have the best chance of being able to use the website.
And being naturally search engine friendly, the Ecru CMS delivers web pages that are just as easy for visitors to read as they are for search engines to spider.
Better than W3C Priority AA means we have maximised the ability of disabled people to access information.
Intuitive information architecture ensures it is easy to find the answer to your question.
