Case Studies
We are proud to be working closely with a number of forward thinking companies and government organisations, successfully growing their business by use of the Internet. Below are some examples of how we are achieving this.
Parole Board for England and Wales
Placing victims at the very heart of the criminal justice system
Achieving W3C Priority AA standard, the new Parole Board website was the result of several stages of end user testing and received praise from Justice Minister and Lord Chancellor Jack Straw MP at the annual Parole Board lecture in Whitehall.
The Crown Prosecution Service

Accessible and effective
The Westminster Society asked Ecru to develop a website for them that put into action their values of inclusion, choice, consultation, respect, achievement and quality. The beautiful website we have created for them does just that. Designed and built with the user firmly at the focus of our thinking.
Regents Business School London
The Global Business Class

Making RBS London stand out against the very best business colleges.
EDF Energy – Power Up
Switching on to Learning
The EDF Energy Power Up website is cool and fun. The fact that children of all ages enjoy themselves while learning about electricity is fundamental to its success.
Disability Action in Islington
Proving that accessibility and design can work together
W3C Priority AAA is the highest level of achievement in accessibility standards. The website Ecru built for Disability Action In Islington (DAII) that has been independently audited and AAA approved by AbilityNet allows them to achieve the goal that their website should be a vehicle that enables them to promote wider inclusion for disabled users of the internet, leading by example and effectively showing other organisations and service providers what can be achieved.
CPS Northamptonshire
Communicating effectively and accessibly
The Northamptonshire Crown Prosecution Service Website enables the citizens of Northamptonshire to find out exactly what the Local Crown Prosecution Service are doing in their area to bring criminals to justice and to communicate directly with the people who they are responsible to.
EDF Energy
Shining the light for accessible websites
Our core team were responsible for the creation of the first accessible EDF Energy website, and formerly the LE Group corporate site. This site was specifically developed to comply with the implications of the accessibility legislation set out by the 1995 Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
