Working With Ecru

Ecru is a small team of creative people, each leading the way in their own field of expertise. It is a relaxed and informal work environment that breeds creativity, but respects the business critical nature of much of the work we do.

We occasionally seek outstanding individuals to join us, particularly in the following fields:

• Creative web site design (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, web standards, accessibility)
• Technical web site design (ASP, .NET, Java, JavaScript, SQL Server, Oracle)
• Marketing
• Consultancy and client management

You need not possess all the specific skills that are required for the position. More important is that you can demonstrate flexibility, and the willingness and ability to learn relevant skills quickly, in a demanding commercial environment. Full training will be provided in the skills necessary to complete the job.

You should be able to demonstrate reliability and a commitment to excellence in previous projects you have been involved in, and show that you can work closely with team members of other disciplines and backgrounds.
